We also provide you with copies of all documents that are filed or served in litigation matters so that you can maintain a complete file of everything related to your case.
Clients are always informed of upcoming hearings and deadlines and are invited to attend all hearings, even if your presence is not required. And when complicated legal issues require a review and/or argument regarding the application of prior case law involving similar issues, we gladly provide copies of relevant case law to clients who want to learn more about the law at issue in their case.
Knowing how the justice system works under many different circumstances, is a key component to unlocking opportunities for a client's success. We unmask the legal process through our open communications, and we work hard to explain the systems and processes involved with your legal matters so that you understand and are an active participant in reaching a solution.
Whether you need a litigation attorney for the courtroom or a transactional attorney to prepare, negotiate, or review complicated contracts or other documents, Etzler Law provides the experience you need. We work with you to identify the issues, identify options, and help you choose the option right for you depending upon the results desired.
